What does Marshall, Adidas and Urbanears have in common? Zound.

As a Demand Planner at Zound, you will be responsible for analysing and forecasting our product demand and adapt our supply chain to all our markets by looking at our customers’ buying behaviour. Following our monthly process, you will work with our Regional Sales Managers and suppliers to manage inventory with MOQ’s, prioritising where our products should be shipped to and to which markets: USA, China, Sweden, UK, EU. Analysing consumer behaviour can be loads of fun, especially when it comes to products loved and used by many. This is a great role for you who wants to develop and improve our processes, automating and streamlining our ways of working across departments. You will:

● Be part of leading and supporting in the S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) process and hold meetings
● Analyse and suggest improvements to the S&OP process
● Together with stakeholders decide and place purchase
● Create supply forecast to our suppliers
● Coordinate production with suppliers
● Ensure optimal replenishment and availability of finished goods to all our warehouses
● Be part of optimizing our inventory
● Be part of and/or take lead in assigned tasks related to projects within planning
● Planning master data handling

Joining Zound will give you insights in our product development strategy, how consumer electronics are developed and our process of getting our beloved products in the hands of many. Working together with Sales, Finance and Supply Chain you will turn deep data analysis into valid forecast to secure that our products can be accessible everywhere.

To succeed in this role

The world of music and consumption is fast-moving and ever-changing world, we want to do our part and help amplify the daily lives of others. To join us in our upcoming tour we believe that you are structured, analytical, cooperative and have great communication skills. We’re looking for an experienced candidate who can own Sales & Operations Planning and work together with our suppliers in achieving necessary outputs. We believe that you have:

● 3-5 years of experience within supply chain, preferably in a global environment
● Great knowledge in Excel and PowerPoint
● Experience in forecasting and demand/supply planning
● Knowledge and/or worked in NAV (Microsoft Dynamics NAV) and Qlick Sense
● Detail-oriented and thorough
