Right now, we need to strengthen our organization with a Head of IT who will own & drive IT-projects linked to our sales-, demand-, logistics- & finance department and own our systems and applications linked to Operations & Strategy. This includes supporting the company’s growth by developing system support and define operational processes to optimize the flow of data and visualize business data to the organization.

What we offer you

You will lead and own all IT- and operational process improvement projects across the organization by maintaining and developing our support systems, access management & IT governance. You are accountable for uptime, budget and development linked to IT financial, operations & infrastructure. System owner of CYBER, ERP, BI and all applications/integrations connected to ERP such as web services e-Commerce platform, 3PL's, invoice automatic reconciliation & global EDI Network through X12 & EDIFACT.

Your main activities and responsibilities to drive this forward will be:

•     Go-to person and stakeholder for all continuous development and customer focused initiatives (Distribution, direct market & e-Commerce) within Zound Industries across markets EMEA, AMERICAS & JAPAC

•     Facilitate, maintain and develop all critical systems

•     Facilitate, maintain and develop IT Governance including IT Policy, IT Disaster Recovery plan & Business continuity

•     Facilitate IT vendor relationships

•     Owner of Global IT budget

•     Gatekeeper of IT security

•     Accountable for all integrations, including but not limited to, logs & integrations within ERP with surrounding IT-systems

•     Define, quote and implement new systems as need arises

•     Support Supply Chain, Finance and eCommerce with knowledge about systems, integrations and processes

•     Operations process optimization projects, such as, but not limited to, order management, inventory management and master data management

•     Continuous development of the integration with our Global 3PL's

•     Onboarding of operational partners, such as, but not limited to, 3PL's, carriers and customers

•     Support the development of a KPI reporting platform

You will report to our CFO and work close together with our IT team, supply chain, finance, sales, brand and product teams.

You’re organized, methodical and able to manage different projects at the same time while cooperating with a wide range of people across different departments. Zound is a playful, driven and creative environment and we believe that you have an entrepreneurial and cooperative mindset to keep adding value to our culture.

We see that you have experience working in a global company operating Microsoft Dynamics NAV development & maintenance and developing in any BI system, such as PowerBI or Tableau, but preferably QlikView or QlikSense.
